Sleeve packs

Use the sleeve packaging option for products that come in shapes that are otherwise considered difficult to package or that cannot be decorated at all. This solution is also ideal if you are planning to package sets consisting of multiple shapes and materials together. Examples: you want to package a glass and a wooden spoon or a bottle of shampoo with a tube of shower gel. In these cases, sleeves are your best choice.

The sleeve pack approach makes it easy to produce multi-packs or on-packs consisting of completely different types of products with varying geometrics, dimensions and made of a variety of materials. The highly transparent yet sturdy clear synthetic film is shrink-wrapped around the products and creates smooth surfaces because it bridges the gaps. These surfaces work optimally with labelling or sales promoting stickers.

Weber uses a wide range of heating technologies to align the film with the merchandise. Consequently, we can also package fragile and heat sensitive products using this solution.
